    The website I ordered mine from was http://www.brassmonki.com. You should be able to find the shoes you want there if not just send him an email and ask him if you could place an order for that design. It takes about 6-9 weeks to get them though but they are totally worth it. Hope that helps you.

    Buyer beware. Daniel Reese = Brass Monki = troubles.  He has a nice site but if you order shoes and pay in advance you are guaranteed to loose your money!  Numerous customers are waiting to get their money back!
